Hello 4th Graders of 2008-2009,
I just received a blog post from Luis, and I thought I'd reach out and see how any of you who still check the blog are doing!
Luis, you might be the only one reading this! I can't believe you're in your second semester of high school! It's been 6 years since you were a 4th grader at Melvin. I hope school and life are going well for you!
I am teaching 5th grade at a school in Northridge. Things are going great! I still remember our class at Melvin and think about all of you from time to time. We had a great year together. Please keep in touch and let me know how you are doing every now and then.
:) Ms. B.

I'll make sure Michelle sees this lol but yeah I've been doing good. I constantly see Jacob since he also goes to Granada but we don't talk, just a "hi" from time to time. Kelly still lives in my apartments but I never see her so I haven't talked to her since like 6th grade. I kept in touch with some other but mostly from social media. I think everyone is doing their own thing and participating in different activities. I myself am on the speech & debate team at my school and that's pretty much it. I hope you're enjoying your time teaching fifth grade!
OMG HI MS.BRACHA!!! It's Baljot! I came on this website a few weeks ago and Luis just contacted me and told me about this post! How have you been? How is everything?! I miss you so much and everyone!
It's so funny that its been 6 years. I still remember everything like it was yesterday! Like the PNI of the Pink Dolphins. And the baby squirrel we tried to help. All these memories are flooding back!
Hi guys!
Luis, I'm happy to hear you are on the speech & debate team. I remember back at Melvin thinking you may end up being an attorney one day. You always asked insightful, challenging questions. I hope you're enjoying Granada . Tell Michelle I say hello!
Hi Baljot! I miss you too. How is school going? I'm glad you have so many clear memories of 4th grade. I still use the PNI sometimes, and I saved another baby squirrel a few years ago at another school!
Please keep in touch and let me know how you are doing. Just think...in a few years, you all are going to be graduating from high school!
